Working principle of dry compound machine
Dry laminating machine is mainly used for coating and laminating roll like substrates such as cellophane, aluminum foil, nylon, paper pet, OPP, BOPP, CPP, NY, PE, etc. The working principle of dry compound machine is as follows:
1. Preparation
First of all, the guide rollers of the substrate are installed according to the routing direction. At the same time, the adhesive is adjusted according to the proportion, and the heating system of the oven is started. When the corresponding set temperature is reached, the drive motor is turned on to start the coating production.
2. Coating
The base material of the unwinding device should go through the anilox roller, glue coating, and then go through the drying channel to dry bath, that is to complete the coating process.
3. Composite
After EPC gas-liquid deviation correction, it enters into the composite part and fits with the substrate of the second unwinding part to realize the composite process.
4. Cooling and winding
After cooling the coil, the overall production and processing of the substrate is completed, and the following problems should be paid attention to during production.
(1) The flatness of the substrate can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the roll.
(2) By adjusting the relative distance between the two composite rolls, the compound pressure between the composite rolls can be adjusted.
(3) By adjusting the tension clamp of clutch and brake, the traction tension and winding tension of substrate are controlled to make the machine run smoothly, so as to obtain good coating quality and composite effect.
