2. Inspection of film (aluminum foil) lamination process:

b. Compounding speed and viscosity of glue: the measured values are different according to the different adhesives and their proportions;
c. Detection of coating amount:
Use coated paper (or self-adhesive glossy paper) to separate the left, middle and right three different positions and put them in the middle of the two films to be compounded. After the lamination is finished, take down the sample. After that, the coated paper (or self-adhesive paper) is removed, and the coated film is weighed on the electronic scale, and the weight a is recorded. d. Control of curing temperature and time after compounding: set corresponding temperature and time according to different raw materials used;
e. The composite strength between the aged composite films (according to 8808-88); cut the left, middle and right test pieces with the width of 15mm and the length of about 15cm. Separate the layers to be tested by about 15mm, and fix them on the upper and lower clamps of ldx-200 universal material testing machine respectively, and adjust the tensile speed to 100 mm / min for measurement.
f. Residual solvent amount of vacuum electronic packaging bag: cut 0.2m2 sample, cut the sample into 10 mm and 30 mm pieces, put it into clean conical flask preheated at 80 ℃ for about 500 ml, seal with silica gel plug, heat in 80 ℃ incubator for 30min, take 1ml bottle gas sample with 5ml syringe and inject it into 2061c gas chromatograph for determination.
