7. When printing, the viscosity is too high and the ink fluidity is too poor.
Solutions to blocking
1. Shorten the distance between scraper and roller and adjust the angle of scraper reasonably.
2. Adjust the solvent ratio and increase the use of slow drying solvent.
3. Stop or reduce the layout air supply. Prevent the hot air from leaking out of the dryer and adjust the balance of the inlet and outlet air.
4. Adjust the solvent ratio, increase the solvent with good solubility, and adjust the ink formula if necessary.
5. The use of curing agent is to pay attention to the use of methods to prevent ink placed too long after use.
6. It is forbidden to keep the printing plate from rotating for a long time and wipe the plate with solvent or detergent before starting the printing machine.
7. Reduce ink viscosity and increase printing speed.
