Operating procedures of bag making machine
1. Purpose
Establish a documented procedure for bag making process to ensure operators operate the machine correctly and produce qualified bag making products safely.

3. Preparation
3.1 read the production process sheet of printed products carefully before starting the machine, correctly understand the process requirements, including the order number, customer name, product name, finished product specification, material structure, cutter position, sealing position, bag foot size, leakage, packing requirements or other requirements, and find out the bag making semi-finished products according to the requirements.
3.2 check whether the water circuit, circuit and gas circuit are normal.
3.3 clean all guide rollers and pressure rollers with solvent, especially the places in contact with materials, so as to avoid product scratch, wire drawing and other quality problems.
3.4 select the heat sealing tool according to the process requirements, and check whether there is gap on the cutting edge, especially the part contacting with the material.
3.5 use sandpaper to polish the contaminants on the edge of heat sealing knife.
3.6 install raw materials, set temperature, and select the length and width of heat sealing cloth.
3.7 adjust the pressure of the heat sealing knife (when installing, when the heat seal is in the down pressure state, the distance between the bracket fixing the heat sealing knife and the nut under it is 5-10 mm), and adjust the gas valve to make the pressure about 2kg.
4. Operation steps
4.1 install the bag making semi-finished products in the middle of the placing reel of the bag making machine and fix it.
4.2 when the temperature reaches the set value, the machine can be started (upper knife 200-240 degrees, lower knife 50-100 degrees).
4.3 set the length first, and then select the working mode of no printing bag and printing bag according to different products.
4.4 adjust the position of the cutter, track the adjustment with the mobile electric eye, adjust the tracking sensitivity and adjust the position of the bottom sealing cutter.
4.5 the machine shall be operated at a lower speed first, and the strength of bottom seal shall be adjusted at the same time.
4.6 after the first batch of products come out, they shall be inspected according to the production process sheet of printing products and the quality control operation instruction of bag making process. After passing the inspection, the temperature shall be gradually increased and the speed shall be increased to normal machine speed. Re inspection shall be conducted immediately after reaching the normal speed.
4.7 when the machine is running at high speed, it is strictly forbidden to use it in dangerous places such as pressing roller, heat sealing knife, etc., so as to ensure safety.
4.8 when starting the machine, pay attention to the change of temperature and pressure at any time, and then check the strength of hot sealing and bottom sealing.
4.9 when increasing temperature and speed, pay attention to the increase of feeding speed, otherwise the tracking stability and raw material dropping will be affected, and the feeding speed and discharging speed will be synchronized.
5. When replacing the heat sealing knife, first select the heat sealing knife according to the process list, clean the grease on the heat sealing knife with sandpaper, and then install the knife. Pay attention to the positive and negative poles of the electric couple when installing the knife, so as to avoid failure. Replace the heat sealing knife back to its original place.
6. When replacing the cutting blade of Taiwan machine, first select the blade, use the Yellow step switch to raise the cutter holder to the highest, then cut off the power supply, take out the knife rest and install the blade. When installing, the blade should not extend out of the knife rest too long, and it is better that the two blades do not overlap after being installed and balanced.
7. When the machine is not running, oil the two sides of the cutter to prevent the cutter from rusting. Clean it with cloth when starting the machine next time.
8. After the work, collect the tools and cartons used by the shift, sort out the products, and do a good job of 5S handover. The waste products shall be weighed and recorded according to the requirements, and the daily production report shall be filled in carefully.
