List of composite methods
Composite is very important in the production of plastic film, so five kinds of composite methods are summarized: dry composite method, wet composite method, extrusion (tape casting or coating) composite method, ataxia composite method, solvent-free composite method. If not, remember this form.

The hot pressing roller and another kind of plastic film are pressed together to meet the requirements of batch and quantity. It can be used for multi variety and multi-layer film processing.
It is suitable for complex processing of packaging products with complex varieties, small batches and various types. Advantages: it is especially suitable for China's food and small food varieties, variety, small batch, fast renovation.
Disadvantages: it's not good to compound the film below 0.02mm; the cost is high, and it is easy to leave adhesive, solvent and odor. Two component adhesives are widely used in domestic dry lamination, and single component adhesives are also used in small manufacturers and individual products.
The single group adhesive has strong odor, does not solidify, is not resistant to temperature, and is not suitable for food packaging. Wet lamination is a composite method used in the composite processing of metal aluminum foil or plastic film and paper. Advantages: the water-soluble adhesive used is environmentally friendly and solvent-free. PE or PP materials are hot-melt extruded into film by water-soluble adhesive extrusion (tape casting or film coating). That is: melt the resin → pour it on plastic film, web paper, calendered aluminum foil and vacuum aluminized film → cool after pressing, which is suitable for the production of large quantities of varieties, but can not compound the film of 0.05mm or more. Advantages: low cost, reduce glue pollution. (however, it is necessary to select the type of extrusion material and control the extrusion temperature, and a small amount of primer or AC agent as coupling agent in the film-forming room, the effect of composite firmness will be better). The processing technology of PE or PP material coextrusion, which melts a single resin or a variety of resins, and extrudes and copolymerizes the film through several dies. Only limited to all kinds of thermoplastic materials advantages: no solvent residue, no adhesive, solvent-free composite method 1: the plastic film with hot-melt adhesive layer is pressed together with another layer of plastic film by hot roller.
Method 2: the solid glue is hot-melt sprayed on the plastic film, and then pressed together with another layer of plastic film. It is suitable for large and small batch production, covering most of the composite structures of flexible packaging materials. Advantages: energy saving, consumption saving, time saving, less pollution
Disadvantages: due to the high cost of solvent-free composite equipment and the reasons of composite glue and technology, it is rarely used in China. Solvent free adhesive
